The food
Cooked to order, never held under a lamp. Packed so a burger that leaves hot arrives hot — which is harder than it sounds.
Home / About
A kitchen built around one product done properly, and the technology and logistics that get it to you still hot.
Knight Bite started with a complaint we kept having ourselves. A delivered burger almost always arrives worse than it left — the bun steamed soft, the fries limp, the whole thing slid to one side of the box.
So we built the kitchen around fixing that. Cooked to order rather than held, portioned to the same spec every time, and packed so it survives the journey. Order through the app, or ring a kitchen that actually answers.
Biters — that's what we call our customers — took to it immediately. Within two weeks of release the app was trending among the top food apps and had been downloaded by more than 5,000 people.
Most delivered food fails on at least one of these. We refused to trade any away.
Cooked to order, never held under a lamp. Packed so a burger that leaves hot arrives hot — which is harder than it sounds.
Our app, our point-of-sale, our tracking. Building it in-house means we can fix a bad experience the same night we hear about it.
Kitchens sited close to where the demand actually is, and riders who know the route. That's how 40 minutes becomes a promise instead of a hope.
The model travels well: a compact kitchen, a tight menu built around one thing done properly, and software that does the heavy lifting.
Going forward, our aim is simple — bring a few more smiles to a few more faces, and cover many more cities across India and beyond.
